Have a Old Town Predator 13 kayak. Love the boat. Started leaking on a trip several weeks ago. Found some small cracks around the scupper holes on the rear deck. Called Old Town and they said yep, known issue with older Predators(mine was the first year). Sent me a brand new 2019 boat. Arrived in 4 days. Zero hassles. All I had to do was cut out a piece of the hull from the original boat with the serial number and mail it to them. Everyone has issues/problems occasionally. For me, what separates good companies from the rest is how the take care of their problems. Great job Old Town.

I love my old town canoes. Tough as nails. Good to hear they back their products.
