I am getting ready to construct a smokehouse for meat and fish. Anyone else have one? If so, what would you do different if you built another one? |

Wow, an actual smokehouse! I just have a smoker that I put on the porch. Keep us up to date. __________________ "Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Check out the forums on thesmokering.com for some inspiration. There are some pretty amazing smokers and smokehouses on that site. There are a bunch of friendly folks on that site that can provide you with a lot of info to make sure that your build does what you want it to. __________________ Travis

I had a neighbor growing up that made a smoker out of an old refrigerator. Good for smoking side meat, and hams. |
